Good product and great Adobe Analytics integration

Very powerful product which gives us that missing link between online and offline conversions. We have a near realtime feed into Adobe Analytics of all calls pushed to our call centre and also the outcome (enquiry, sale etc). Customer service are also very friendly and knowledgeable.
